These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Seoul, Republic of Korea.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
